ferrets are great family or for an older chid about 7-8 because they will understand that this is an animal and that it will die with out the proper care needed for an animal and ferrets are preety expensive so do some reserch before thinking about bringing a ferrets or ferrets in to your home and if you can no longer take care of the ferrets or ferret take it to the animal shelter i have a ferret my self they are great not agressive just bite for play but they are just as mutch hard work as a dog or cat and this is my first ferret he is white and brown his name is spunkey all ferrets are very active they sleep up to 18 hours a day and should be out in a ferret proof room he is 8 monthsthank you.
